Hailing from Awabakal Land / Newcastle, Loons – Elijah, Bailey, Rocco, Kye and Banjo have been carving out a reputation since 2019 for electrifying live shows that fuse indie grit, surf punk chaos, and alt‑rock nostalgia. Unpredictable, unapologetic, and utterly Loons, their performances have earned them a cult following across Australia’s East Coast.
They’ve shared stages with heavyweights like Grinspoon, Dune Rats, The Smith Street Band, Hockey Dad, Beddy Rays, Jack River, and many more. With major festival appearances and international touring on the horizon, Loons are not just riding the wave, they’re reshaping it.
